By booking a service, visiting our website, or engaging with our clinic, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service value. We reserve the right to cancel due to provider illness or emergency and will notify clients promptly.
By receiving treatment, you confirm you are medically fit and have disclosed all relevant information including medications, allergies, past procedures, and chronic health conditions. All injectable and medical-grade treatments are performed under the supervision of Anna Chacon, M.D., Board Certified Dermatologist.
Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved Cherry financing. Pricing is subject to change; existing bookings will be honored at the price in effect at booking.
Monthly memberships renew automatically. A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to cancel or pause — email info@kskinwellness.com. Unused sessions do not roll over. Membership benefits are non-transferable.
Referral rewards are subject to change and availability. Referred clients must be new to K Skin. Credits cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash.
No refunds on completed services. Prepaid plan refunds are only available for medically necessary cancellations with written documentation. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days in original condition.
Individual results vary. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes. Before and after photos are for illustrative purposes only.
All health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA. See our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fresno County, California.
